Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Condition:

    • Items must be in unopened or like-new condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged).

  2. Acceptable Reasons for Return:

    • Incorrect size.
    • Print/screenprint/ink issues or other manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

  1. Return Timeframe:
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    To begin a return, email us at admin@dimescabaret.com with the following details:

    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue (e.g., wrong size, print issue).
    • Photos of the item (if applicable).

  2. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    • Ship the item back to the address we provide after reviewing your request.

  3. Inspection and Exchange:

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
    • If the return is approved, we will resend the corrected item at no additional cost to you.

  4. Refund for Return Shipping:

    • For approved returns, we will issue a refund of up to $10 to cover your return shipping costs. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

If the returned item is found to be worn, ripped, used, or otherwise unreturnable, we will contact you with the following options:

  1. Payment for Return Shipping Back to You: You may pay to have the item shipped back to you.
  2. Pick-Up Option: Alternatively, you may arrange to pick up the item on-site.

If no decision is made within 14 days of our contact, the item will be considered forfeited and may be discarded.

Exchanges Only Policy

Our return policy is intended to ensure we get your order right. Approved returns are eligible for exchange only. We will correct the issue and send you a new item free of charge.

Case-by-Case Full Refunds

In some extreme cases, and at our sole discretion, we may accept a return and provide a full refund. However, the customer will still be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and determined by our team.
