All products sold on our store are custom-made and fulfilled by our trusted dropshipping and fulfillment partner, Apliiq.

  • Order Production Time:
    Each product is made to order. The typical turnaround time for production is 5–7 business days.

  • Order Fulfillment:
    Once your order is produced, it is shipped directly from Apliiq’s warehouses to your provided shipping address.


Shipping Times and Costs

  • Shipping Timeframes:
    After production, shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

    • Domestic Shipping (United States): Typically 3–5 business days.
    • International Shipping: Shipping times may vary by destination and can take up to 14 business days or more.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the stated timelines, certain factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or customs processing) may impact delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other external circumstances.


International Orders

For orders outside the United States:

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will work with Apliiq and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Cancellations and Changes

Because each product is custom-made, cancellations or changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, production may begin, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
